How it works

  After an initial phone consultation where we can talk about what brings you to therapy, we can arrange a convenient date and time for your first session at either my purpose built therapy room located within a quiet and peaceful garden, online via skype/zoom or by telephone.The phone consultation helps me to begin formulating the best way to meet your individual needs.

Therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to examine life issues and gain a clearer understanding of the catalysts that give rise to them.  Therapy can sometimes temporarily create challenging feelings until progress and change begins, working together with these feelings can enhance our work and your understanding and acceptance of yourself.


 Throughout our sessions I will help you to work towards the changes you hope for. It is your time and space and we will work at your pace, with whatever you feel you want to bring to the sessions.
